MARTIAL FEATS

Martial Form Feats
Form feats grant the wielder proficiency in one of the many martial forms of Telios. A character can take feats from only one martial form, and this decision (for the most part) cannot be reversed, as martial forms require a lifetime of dedication.

Incarion High Blade Technique

Background Power – High Blade Advance
You initiate a swift attack against your opponent, pulling back into a defensive stance afterwards.
Encounter * Martial
Standard Action Melee
Target: One enemy
Attack: Str vs. AC
Hit: 2[W] + Str modifier damage.
Effect: You shift 1 square after the attack, and gain a +2 power bonus to defenses until the end of your next turn.

Feat: High Blade Novice
Prerequisite: High Blade Advance power
Benefit: Duelist’s Assault (At-Will Stance) grants a +2 power bonus to AC against enemies that also qualify for the stance’s damage bonus.

Feat: High Blade Acolyte
Prerequisite: High Blade Novice, 4th level
Benefit: Mobile Blade (At-Will Stance) lets you shift a number of squares equal to your Dexterity modifier, rather than move.
Also, you may give up one use of Power Strike per encounter to gain the following encounter power:

Feat Power – High Blade Riposte
You take the enemy’s strike on your blade and respond with a blistering counterattack.
Encounter * Martial
Immediate Interrupt Melee
Trigger: An enemy hits you with a melee attack.
Target: The triggering enemy
Effect: You gain a bonus to all defenses against the triggering attack equal to your Dexterity modifier, and make a melee basic attack against the target. On a hit, you can also push the enemy 1 square.

Feat: High Blade Master
Prerequisite: High Blade Master, 10th level
Benefit: You have fused the teachings of the High Blade style into a single mighty stance, which replaces Mobile Blade and Duelist’s Assault. This stance grants the benefits of both lesser stances simultaneously, including the benefits from other High Blade feats.

ARCANE FEATS

Arcane magic users can summon devastating effects that defy all the physical laws of the universe, but this power requires immense will, focus and a hefty amount of preparation via arcane formulae or spells.

Formula Feats
These feats give the user the ability to sacrifice a minor action for a bonus on a prepared spell cast on his or her turn. Only one formula feat can be applied to a given spell.

Ordered Recollection
Prerequisite: At least one spell prepared from a spellbook
Benefit: Before you cast a previously prepared spell, you can take a move action to stand still and mentally assemble and order the formulae in your mind for maximum effect. If you sacrifice your move action in this way, any prepared spell you cast in the same turn benefits from a +2 bonus to attack rolls.

Formula of Destruction [Formula]
Prerequisite: At least one spell prepared from a spellbook
Benefit: You have mastered a basic formula of destruction that can be applied to your other spells. Before you cast a prepared spell, you can spend a minor action to integrate a formula of destruction. If you sacrifice your minor action in this way, any prepared spell you cast in the same turn benefits from a +3 bonus to damage rolls.

Formula of Force [Formula]
Prerequisite: At least one spell prepared from a spellbook
Benefit: You have mastered a basic formula of momentum that can be applied to your other spells. Before you cast a prepared spell, you can spend a minor action to integrate a formula of force. If you sacrifice your minor action in this way, any prepared spell you cast in the same turn increases forced movement distances by 1.

Formula of Expansion [Formula]
Prerequisite: At least one spell prepared from a spellbook
Benefit: You have mastered a basic formula of spell expansion that can be applied to your other spells. Before you cast a prepared spell, you can spend a minor action to integrate a formula of expansion. If you sacrifice your minor action in this way, any prepared area or close spell you cast in the same turn has the size of its blast or burst increased by 1, but takes a -2 penalty to attack rolls.

Master Mage’s Formula [Formula]
Prerequisite: At least two formula feats, 10th level
Benefit: You have mastered an incredibly complicated formula, known only to master mages, that allows to combine lesser forumlae. When you spend a minor action to apply a formula feat, choose two effects from two different feats you possess and apply them both.

ARCANE/MARTIAL HYBRID FEATS

Bladespell Flourish
Prerequisite: At least one at-will bladespell power
Benefit: You have learned to use the act of drawing your blade as a motion trigger for a spell that enhances your first bladespell of an encounter. The first time you make a melee basic attack during an encounter, you can draw your blade as part of the action. If you choose to do so, your target grants combat advantage for the attack, and any bladespell that triggers from this attack deals 1d6+Dex mod damage (the addition of a damage roll also qualifies the spell for other bonuses, such as enhancement bonuses).

Song and Silence
Prerequisite: At least one bladespell power
Benefit: When you reduce an enemy to 0 hit points while your bladesong is active, your bladesong remains active for one additional turn. In addition, if your bladesong ends and you have not hit an enemy for its whole duration, you regain the use of the power.

High Arcanist’s Dueling Style

Feat: High Arcanist Dueling Novice
Prerequisite: At least one at-will bladespell power
Benefit: When the target of your bladespell is the same as the target of the melee basic attack that triggered it, that target also takes a -2 penalty to attack rolls until the end of your next turn.

Feat: High Arcanist Dueling Acolyte
Prerequisite: High Arcanist Dueling Novice, 4th level
Benefit: When you use a bladespell power while your bladesong is active, you can target two separate creatures with your bladespell.

Feat: High Arcanist Dueling Master
Prerequisite: High Arcanist Dueling Acolyte, 10th level
Benefit: After you use a bladespell power, you can shift 1 square as a free action.

DIVINE FEATS

Followers of the Seven can call upon the powers of the deity they serve, producing effects as potent as those of an arcane caster but more limited in scope and theme.

Disciple of Jozan
Benefit: You gain a +2 feat bonus to History checks. When one of your allies falls to 0 hit points or less, your next attack deals bonus damage equal to your highest ability modifier.

Disciple of Kareth
Benefit: You gain a +2 feat bonus to Athletics checks. When you miss all targets with an at-will or basic attack, you gain a +2 bonus to the next at-will or basic attack you make before the end of your next turn.

Disciple of Mordred
Benefit: You gain a +2 feat bonus to Heal checks. When you reduce a creature to 0 hit points, you gain temporary hit points equal to your highest ability modifier.

Sacrifice Rewards Itself
Prerequisite: Healing Word power
Benefit: When you use healing word on an ally, you regain hit points equal to your Wisdom modifier.

Justice Balances the Scales
Prerequisite: Healing Word power
Benefit: When you use healing word on an ally, each enemy adjacent to that ally takes damage equal to your Wisdom modifier.

Conviction Strikes True
Prerequisite: Assassin’s Strike power
